Terms of Service Agreement: Rules & Guidelines for desixnxx Users

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and desixnxx Network ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered. Your use of the Platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

desixnxx provides a premium digital platform designed for adult social discovery, networking, and connection. Our services include, but are not limited to, profile creation, matchmaking algorithms, communication tools, and curated content.

1. Eligibility: The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any user content at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by desixnxx Network, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The "desixnxx" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of desixnxx Network or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall desixnxx Network, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
3. Any content obtained from the Platform.
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform or any user-generated content. We are not responsible for the conduct, online or offline, of any user of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in London, England. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
